- High Intensity Interval Training
- Versatile workouts for cardio, weight training, and bodyweight exercises.
- Every Wednesdays at 6:45am to 7:45am.
- Pilates class that incorporates weights, bands, and resistance.
- Intensity level: 2/5
- It can be made as hard or as easy as the participant wants.
- Every Thursday from 6:45am to 7:30am.
- Emphasizing on breathing and enhancing flexibility at a gentle pace.

Fitness on Demand
The MSUM Russell & Ann Gerdin Wellness Center offers a variety of fitness on-demand classes. Fitness on Demand are programmed classes shown on a screen with no in-person instructor and are available for use in our facility only.
Jump into this 40 minute class with Prince Brathwaite (PB) or Veronica (V) that is sure to make you feel the burn.
Soften and strengthen the body while creating physical and emotional strength and flexibility in these quick 20 minute classes.
