Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Educational Leadership Program provides academic training and professional experience to prepare you for leadership and administrative positions in K-12 schools or in higher education. Specifically, this degree will equip you for positions as an elementary or secondary school principal, community education director, special education director, athletic director, school business manager, technology or curriculum coordinator, school superintendent or a higher education administrator. MSUM also offers an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, providing a smooth transition to extend your learning further.

MSUM’s Department of Leadership & Learning has published The Interactive Journal of Global Leadership and Learning (IJGLL), a peer-reviewed open-access journal hosted by RED, its institutional repository. The journal’s scope features educational research from the P-12 to the postsecondary level. As an open-access journal, the IJGLL editors and authors agree to provide free access and downloads of all of its contents to the general public.
