Biographical Sketch
Diane Wray Williams, owner of a Moorhead business and a member of various city commissions and boards, was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1988. During her term as a representative for Clay County, she was active in many areas of legislation, particularly proposals for child care and education. She served on several legislative committees, including economic development, and health and human services. In 1990, Ms. Williams was defeated in her bid for reelection.
