MinnState Frontline Conference Vendor Application Form

Every year members of the AFSCME and MAPE bargaining units gather for professional development during a two day system-wide conference housed at a different campus each year.

In 2023, this conference will be hosted at Minnesota State University Moorhead in the Comstock Memorial Union (CMU) - 615 14th St S, Moorhead, MN 56563. Creators and vendors are sought for the first day of the conference to provide opportunities for visitors to Moorhead to purchase items.

Expectations of creators and vendors that are selected:

  1. To set up and ready to sell by 10:35 am Wednesday, May 24th. Doors of the CMU open at 7:30 am.
  2. Be set up and selling until 5:30 pm. Doors of the CMU close at 7:30 pm.

Logistics:

  • A 6 foot table is provided.
  • Two chairs will be provided.
  • Power is a possibility only if requested here on this form. Power will be in the form of a basic extension cord. Tables with power available are limited.
  • WiFi is free and available to all.
  • Parking is free on campus during the conference.
  • There is no cost to those who are selected to be creators or vendors.
  • The conference committee is looking for a wide variety of items to have to offer during the conference and space is limited.
