If you can’t find what you need there, you may be able to find the answers on the Minnesota State System Office knowledgebase. There are numerous resources there to help with a variety of topics including Microsoft 365 and D2L Brightspace.

Start a Support Ticket

The most effective way to start a support ticket is to email support@mnstate.edu with a description of your issue or request. Alternatively, you can create and manage your support tickets on the ticketing system website.
