Courses & Curriculum in Social Work
The diverse Social Work curriculum provides a deep knowledge base and skill set related to social welfare, human behavior and the social environment, social work research, social policy and generalist practice—preparing students to advance social justice, economic justice and human rights on a local to global scale. Courses are taught by faculty with extensive and diverse social work experience in areas such as child and public welfare, medical, psychiatric and gerontological social work, mental health, domestic violence, chemical dependency, and more.
