Our diverse curriculum helps you develop the knowledge and skills required in all facets of licensed generalist social work practice. The MSUM BSW program has been accredited for over 50 years. Our on campus BSW degree offers a rigorous and stellar academic experience that will prepare you for excellence in practice grounded in social justice. In addition to classroom study, you will learn by examining professors’ real-world expertise and gain your own hands-on experience by completing a meaningful 480-hour internship prior to graduation. Following graduation, candidates must pass a licensing examination in the state in which you will practice. MSUM also offers the BSW in an online cohort.
