MSUM Nursing faculty are doctorally prepared, specialty credentialed, and experienced nurse educators. They are accessible and accommodating and will work with you to ensure you receive the best education possible to advance your nursing practice.
MSUM’s BS in Nursing is designed as an 8-semester program. After completing prerequisite courses and upon acceptance into the nursing program nursing students will progress year round (Fall, Spring and Summer).

MSUM’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program integrates holistic nursing principles throughout the entire nursing curriculum. Holistic nurses nurture wholeness, peace and healing by valuing each person’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental strengths and challenges, and honoring each person’s values, health beliefs and health experience (American Holistic Nurses Association [AHNA], 2019). MSUM will seek endorsement from the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC).
