Earth Science Education Courses & Curriculum
As an Earth Science Education major, you must fulfill all teacher licensure requirements in addition to the geosciences core. Related requirements include courses in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics, as well as the secondary teaching licensure education requirements. The Earth Science Education degree will prepare you for licensure to teach high school Earth science courses such as geology, meteorology or astronomy, and to teach any of the sciences in middle school (grades 5-8).
