Communication Studies Internships
A communication studies internship gives students the opportunity to work for an organization and receive college credit at the same time. Students gain valuable work experience, earn college credit, learn about career options, apply classroom concepts to the workplace, and receive pay while going to school. The internship can be taken for 3 to 12 credits and is graded as pass/no pass.
Students are eligible for an internship if they are department majors, have junior or senior standing, and are not on probation or suspension. Students must also find a faculty member to advise their internship, usually their advisor.
