Executive Mentorship Program Experiential Learning Opportunities
Executive Mentorship program is a 1-credit course offered each semester for juniors and seniors. You are matched with community executives to explore career choices, network with professionals, and gain advice about transitioning from college to professional work.
The program seeks to create collaborative relationships between experienced executives and upper-level Paseka School of Business students. It aims at opening the door of practical learning by fostering relationships with mentors to encourage learning about a specific industry, the day-to-day responsibilities in a particular functional position, or exploring cultural fit with companies of interest.
