Langseth Hall and Hagen Hall are modern facilities providing experiential, student-centered learning in interesting spaces that are devoted to research and discovery. In addition to outstanding labs on campus, you can learn and do research at a field station at the MSUM Regional Science Center.
Faculty actively engage with students to gain hands-on experience throughout their academic career. Students enjoy opportunities to participate in an array of field trips, learn how to operate technical equipment, conduct research with faculty mentors and attend local, regional and national conferences.
School of Science curriculum teaches and reinforces skills critical to a variety of enterprises that will help you to be successful. Graduates will develop skills in their major’s discipline, as well as honing communication skills through writing and oral presentation.
