The goal of the Learning Assistants program is to promote the use of the Learning Assistant Teaching Model at MSUM. Learning Assistants are undergraduate students who work with instructors to promote student learning in the classroom or lab. This model of teaching has been implemented at over 1000 campuses worldwide and has been shown to have a positive impact on both student learning and the Learning Assistants themselves.
