Those that would like to register multiple participants are able to do so during the registration process.

Pre-Registration

  • Pre-registration must be received by March 21, 2025.
  • Registrations will be accepted after this deadline and on-site if space is available. Please register online or call the MSUM Box Office to see if space is still available.

Please do not register on this site for the academic credit. The Academic Credit Registration can only take place online through UND’s website. A $50 tuition fee will be payable online at that time.

This conference has not been approved by ASHA as an official ASHA-sponsored CEU event, however certificates of attendance will be provided, and will align with the requirements for professional development hours in accordance with ASHA certification maintenance guidelines.

Amy Graham – A Deep Dive Into Speech Sound Disorder Interventions
  1. Participants will identify how complexity and cycles differ in regard to target selection and therapy implementation.
  2. Participants will describe how cognitive reframing and phonetic shaping can benefit children with habituated articulation errors.
  3. Participants will discuss how target selection and elicitation strategies differ when treating CAS.

Day 2: Friday, April 4, 2025 | 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Lauren Enders-Gonzales – Empowering Voices: AAC from Assessment to Action
  1. Create a plan for a comprehensive AAC assessment, including information about feature matching and trials, to identify the most appropriate communication tools for individual clients.
  2. Implement at least three evidence-based AAC strategies that support diverse communication styles, including those of gestalt language processors.
  3. Design and facilitate two engaging, client-led language activities that promote connection and align with neurodiversity-affirming practices.
