Institutional Review Board

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) is a university committee designated by Minnesota State University Moorhead to protect the welfare of human subjects recruited to participate in research.

All research activities in connection with MSUM that involve human subjects, whether faculty, staff or students (on campus or not) must have prior IRB approval.

Prospective investigators should become familiar with the policies and procedures of the IRB before proceeding with the submission of any application.
