The Social Work faculty at MSUM embrace a global perspective beyond the classroom by conducting international trips to study social work and social welfare. They have considerable, diverse social work practice experience in areas like child and public welfare, medical, psychiatric, and gerontological social work, family treatment, probation, policy analysis, social work research, mental health, domestic violence and chemical dependency, among others.
